I am actually taking now a training course with them, HR management, it is so cool!
Today, we have calculated the loss of hiring the wrong person, and took an employee with 150JD salary…The result WAS UNBELIVEABLE, we almost skipped two thousands and were still going on, and so we decided to stop because we really got the idea :D
