This brings back memories.. one that I will never ever forget.. go down. ********************************************************** The year: 1993 Place: Jerash Festival Main players : Fadi, Shadi , Qais , Cheb Khaled & a bunch of policemen Event: RAI Concert Fadi, a 17 years old rebel decides to go to concert with Shadi & Qais . High & Excited, they arrive an hour earlier so they toured around the place and headed to the main entrance of the auditorium in order to get seated in one of those good places close to the stage. Gates open , people hurry in and everybody is pushing everybody , Fadi in the middle .. pushing .. Not knowing that a policeman was standing right close to him . Short convo then 3amayan gmar! :- Policeman: Ya shab, stop pushing others Fadi: What? Policeman: I said "Stop pushing others or …. Fadi: They pushed me first! Policeman: Nobody pushed you .. and he approaches me and we stand face to face with a stick in his hand. Fadi: Back off back off… Policeman: You seem to be one of those zo3ran (trouble makers) Fadi: Hey, what are you saying … behave! Policeman: What? Come in come in and holds my right hand with the stick in his other hand Fadi: let go and tries to get his hand off Policeman: Trying to escape?? I will show you.. and he hits Fadi with the stick on his leg Fadi hits the policeman on the face .. the other policemen gather on Fadi and Fadi doesn't remember what happens then! said:man 3adi, everyone gets beat up once a while by police, but better than in india, my uncle was there and the police were hitting ppl in the street 4 no reason, so he approched the policeman and asked him why they do that, the policeman replies we hit them so that they won't think of doing anything... strange ha?
